Girl’s Night In, Slumber Parties - New Trend?

Remember when you were ten years old and you got invited to a slumber party?  Or maybe you hosted one?  I remember staying up until dawn with five or six other girls telling ghost stories, playing with the Ouija Board and taking turns trying to levitate each other.

Today, New York women have reinvented the Slumber Party and I’m here to tell you that they are a lot of fun!   Pajamas, wine, tasty food, music, good friends, and Psychic Readings.   What could be better?!!    

I especially enjoyed getting a post party escort to the subway at 11pm by five women in their PJ’s.  (you know who you are!)  

One of my favorite parts of doing this kind of work is meeting these young women.  I’m so inspired by their ambition, talent, creativity, intelligence, stamina, and effervescence.   What a gift to be a part of the festivities.  You GO girls!
